New club registration

 

Welcome to the Delco Soccer League!

This set of instructions is designed to walk a club new to the Delco Soccer League through the process of registering the club for participation in the Fall, Winter or Spring leagues.

 

Steps

Create league user account

This step must be completed by the club�s first because the club must exist before anyone else from the club (coaches, team managers, etc.) can create an account, register a team or field, etc.

 

To create a league user account do the following:

 

  1. from the Delco website home page click the �Login� link on the top right of the page
  2. from the login screen click the link entitled �Create League User Account�
  3. Step 1 � make sure your club is not already listed!
    1. Click the dropdown list to see if your club is listed

                                                               i.      If yes, select it and complete the steps 3 to 7 to create your account

1.      NOTE:  If the club exists, you will need to email president@delcosoccer.org to request that you are now the club�s delegate.  Include your club�s name and original delegate�s name in the email

                                                             ii.      If no, make sure the selection in the dropdown list reads �club name not listed�

    1. Click �Next�
  1. Step 2 � click the checkbox to indicate you are the club�s delegate
    1. Click �Next�
  2. Step 3 � Profile Information
    1. Complete all required fields
    2. Click �Next�
  3. Step 4 � Phone Information
    1. Complete all required fields
    2. Click �Next�
  4. Step 5 � Email Information
    1. Complete all required fields
    2. Click �Next�
  5. Step 6 � Club Roles
    1. If you have any other role in the club for example, you are a head coach click all appropriate checkboxes.

                                                               i.      NOTE:  As the delegate you have access to anything associated with your club so you do not need to select other roles just to gain access to that functionality

    1. Click �Next�
  1. Step 7 � Create Delco Member Account
    1. NOTE:  your primary email address is filled out as your user name.  Do not change this! 
    2. NOTE:  if you have created an account prior or with another club your email address will not work.  The system ensures only unique email addresses are used for account user names.

                                                               i.      Any questions or issues please email websitearchitect@delcosoccer.org

    1. Complete all required fields
    2. Click �Create User� to finish or to change any information click �Previous�

Login into website

If you are not already logged in upon completion of creating your account do so by clicking �Login� from the top right of the website

Register the club for league play

The very first time you register your club to play in the Delco Soccer League you will need to provide profile information regarding your club.

 

NOTE:  you will only be able to register your club during open registration periods for any given Delco Soccer League season (e.g. Fall)

 

Complete the following steps for registering your club for a given season:

 

  1. make sure you logged in
  2. from the website�s home page click �League Member Access� from the site map
  3. from league members access click the �Delegate Access�
  4. from delegates access click �New Club Registration� and complete the following steps
    1. Step 1 � Season

                                                               i.      Select the appropriate season to register

1.      NOTE:  if no seasons are available all registration periods are currently closed.  Please direct any questions to president@delcosoccer.org

                                                             ii.      Click �Next�

    1. Step 2 � Club Basics

                                                               i.      Complete all appropriate fields

                                                             ii.      Click �Next�

    1. Step 3 � Club Address Information

                                                               i.      Complete all appropriate fields

                                                             ii.      Click �Next�

    1. Step 4 � Club Phone Information

                                                               i.      Complete all appropriate fields

                                                             ii.      Click �Next�

    1. Step 5 � Club Email Information

                                                               i.      NOTE:  your email information is already stored.  Please change only if the club has its own email address

                                                             ii.      Click �Next�

    1. Step 6 � Summary

                                                               i.      Review the information, click �Previous� to make any corrections

                                                             ii.      Click �Finish� to complete

 

Congratulations!  Your club is now registered for its inaugural season of play in the Delco Soccer League.

Next Steps

Now that the club is registered please have your club president and field coordinator create accounts.

 

All other members of your club can now create accounts.  Once a team�s head coach or team manager has created their account they can register their team for league play.

 

Either you or your Field Coordinator can begin registering fields.
