All Delco passes must be printed on EPYSA/US Youth card stock only!. This card stock can be obtained from Barb Budgick, the league's registrar. Delegates should email Barb at EPYSA Registrar and let her know how many teams they card stock for.  Delegates can then either arrange to pick up the card stock from the Delco Box located on Barb's front porch or send a self addressed stamped envelope to Barb at 1113 Randall Avenue, Boothwyn, PA 19061 for her to mail back the card stock.  The sheets are 8 1/2 x 11 in size.
 

Club delegates are the ones responsible for the gathering of their teams' player registration materials.They are also the ones responsible for checking them for completeness and accuracy per the league's registrar's instructions. The delegate is the one who bring their ENTIRE club's registration materials to one of the league's player registration nights. All paperwork needs to be organized and alphabetized according to the rosters. Any incomplete paperwork will be returned to the delegate.
