2013 Fall season Alignment Committee to meet June 24th
The alignment committee will meet to set the alignment of teams for the Fall 2013 season. Delegates must be available via phone (7-10PM) for questions or clarifications on their team alignment requests.

Delco/PAGS Player Registration meeting June 26th 7pm USTC
Delco and PAGS joint player registration meeting for all club registrars 6/26. 7 pm at USTC The EPYSA player registration system/league guidelines are on the agenda. 2013 player pass card stock will be available for pick up at this meeting only. No mailing of card stock by either league.

Preliminary alignments to be posted by June 27th
Preliminary alignments for all teams will be posted by 6/27/2013. Delegates together with their coaches should look over the divisions they are placed in. Delegates only can submit any appeals or acceptances starting today online at the league website

Preliminary Alignments posted online June 27th
The preliminary alignments will be posted online for review by the delegate.Delegates should review alignments with their coaches. Teams within the new division should be considered if an alignment request is not honored before an appeal is filed.The delegate is the only one to file any appeals.

Teams must be validated accepting prelim alignment by 6/30
Delegates must validate(accept) the alignments online for each team in their club by June 30th or file an appeal for any team they do not accept. Any team not validated or an appeal sent in for will be dropped from the schedule.
