Website notes!
July 21st: Ability to change your
primary email address is now available! Click My profile then click Change
my primary email.
With registration complete and the scheduling process beginning a few important updates are being worked on for the website. This
is just an update of what to expect over the coming weeks:
- Ability to change email address - this will allow you to change
your primary email address and make it your login as well. Note:
If you have contacted Brian Kavanagh about making changes for you he has those requests,
but will ask you to make the change once the functionality is in place!
- Ability to modify any profile information - this will be completely
available with the release of the email address change functionality
- Email system - the website will have better email capabilities
than currently in place. We are working through a couple of issues, but should
have them completed soon!
- Coaches, Delegates, Field coordinator dashboards - These currently
can be accessed by clicking "League Member Access" on the menu to the left, but
most of these do not have much if any functionality. These pages will be enhanced
I will be creating a section on the web for update information, identified issues,
solutions, etc. Please be patient, but I will get this out soon!

List of Fall 2007 Finalists and Champions (click here!)
On behalf of the Delco Soccer
League, I would like to congratulate the Fall 2007 Finalists and Champions.
Since back in May when the process for organizing the Fall 2007 season began, the
ultimate goal of the board was to provide the players with a safe and competitive
environment. Through the combined efforts of the delegates, the alignment
committee, the registrars, referee assignors, referees, coaches and parents I believe
together we attained that goal with tremendous success.
The final standings
reflect what a great job the alignment committee and delegates did putting together
the divisions. The teams for the most part participated in some very evenly matched
games with a large number of the playoff spots not being determined until the very
last game of the season. The playoffs and the championship games provided some very
exciting soccer to watch.
We hope the coaches,
parents and players enjoyed the level of competition provided by the league and
that they left the field with positive experiences beyond the wins and losses. I
would like to also recognize the efforts of a very special group of people known
as the Delco Soccer League Board. Their willingness to put in whatever time it took
for the kids, their integrity and dedication to the game is what keeps this league
succeeding and improving every year.
Congratulations
to each and every team who participated this year in the Delco Soccer League. Best
wishes to them for the remainder of the year. We look forward to next year
and welcome any suggestions or ideas on improving the next season.

07/29/2008 Review of schedule by delegate completed
Corrections from delegates due by today."Home" schedules must be proofed for any conflicts with other club teams/leagues using the club's fields.Delegates need to check their "home" schedules for double bookings on fields and any missing games per team. Away game changes are not allowed.

7/30/2008 Player registration night #2 WCUSC office
7-9 pm, West Chester Office, Westtown Road, West Chester, PA. This registration night is for individual teams needing passes/rosters stamped to attend early August tournaments. Email Barb if you plan to attend.

08/01/2008 Club/Referee assignor pods will be designated
Each club will be assigned a referee assignor/pod and sent their contact information.Each referee pod assignor will be sent their clubs' contact information.

08/12/2008 Final Delco Schedule posted.
All delegates are to contact their pod assignors to coordinate their club's home games and schedules.Contact should continue on a weekly basis.
The delegates and assignors will need to confirm on a weekly basis the home games for that week. Only the league can approve a game change.

08/14/2008 Player registration night #3 USTC 7-9 PM
7-9 PM USTC,Downingtown.Delegates not coaches should bring the entire club's paperwork for processing. Individual teams or incomplete paperwork will not be stamped. See web for instructions to organize rosters.
